TOSHA Company experts held several training sessions in partner enterprises ahead of the European Week for Safety and Health at Work.

The continuous training and informing of employees is an obligation of the employer, based on Law 10237 on Safety and Health at Work, in order to familiarize and raise awareness among employees regarding every factor or element of risk present in the environment, activity, process, or workplaces, as well as the measures that must be taken to avoid and minimize them.

The training and information sessions for employees covered various topics, all focused on safety and health at work. Training and certifications for various work processes are a continuous focus of the TOSHA company, which is licensed for this service by the Ministry of Economy and AKPA (the National Agency for Professional Skills).
