TOSHA, authorized by Albanian state institutions and holding international certifications, offers professional training courses based on the Law on Safety and Health at Work and its associated bylaws and regulations.

Professional Courses for the Certification of Persons Responsible for Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), as well as for Occupational Safety and Health Coordinators.

Based on VKM No. 108 dated 09.02.2011, "On the qualifications that employees, specialized individuals, and services dealing with occupational safety and health issues must meet," it obliges the employer to certify a number of employees (based on the total number of employees) as Responsible Persons for Safety and Health at Work and coordinators. These individuals will be responsible for organizing and monitoring internal occupational safety and health matters for the SHPW Responsible Person and will serve as intermediaries with external contracted entities for the coordinator.
